We had an exceptional experience with Ms. Kelsie Cates and Jessica Judiscak at Westpointe Modern Dentistry. Both were incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping my son receive care as quickly as possible. Although their office accepts our insurance, they were unable to provide the pediatric treatment he needed. Rather than simply referring us elsewhere, Ms. Cates immediately offered to personally contact a sister location that treats pediatric patients, arrange his appointment, and transfer his dental images. Jessica was equally kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. Their professionalism and sincere concern for my son lifted a tremendous weight from my shoulders during a stressful time. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and exceptional assistance!
